Posting this a week too late to make the Superbowl, but it is a healthy and very tasty Dip to keep in your fridge for snacktime.  Terra Firma Carrots and Watermelon Radishes make great appurtenances for scooping it up and into your mouth.  To make it Vegan/Dairy free, eliminate the yogurt, double the amount of avocado, and add lemon juice to taste.

Cut up broccoli florets and peeled stems to make 1 C.  Place in a steamer over boiling water until the broccoli is bright green and tender.  (You can also parboil it briefly).

Wash 1 Spring onion and chop equal parts of white/red stem and leaves to make 1 C.

Mince 1 small clove of garlic.

Place the broccoli, onions and garlic in a food processor and puree until finely minced.  Add 1/2 of a peeld, pitted ripe avocado and 1/2 C. Greek Yogurt.  Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then puree until smooth.  Season with more salt and pepper plus lemon juice to taste.
